Flatirons Vista, Boulder County, CO
We woke up and saw that it was a beautiful day out, so we decided we wanted to go see something pretty. Finding something pretty isn’t very hard in Colorado, thankfully. We drove about 30 minutes to Flatirons Vista. It was EXTREMELY windy, so I am very glad I something holding all my hair in one place or these pictures would have been crazy. But this is what the day looked like :] We then drove back, made a yummy veggie soup and grilled cheeses, watched some football and now getting ready to head to church. Thankful for Sunday’s with Steve.
Our first baby shopping outing.. for a boy and a girl
Steve and I have been very anxious to start making some baby purchases. We know, that once the baby is here it is going to kill us having to spend money on clothes that they will only wear for a few months… but right now, it’s not so we decided to go buy a boy and a girl outfit. When we find out what we are having on the 7th, we will return the other adorable outfit that we will not be using. YET. So here are the outfits we picked out! By the way.. the dresser the clothes are hanging on is one of the pieces for the babies room! Once we paint and refinish everything I will post pictures of the furniture! It’s beautiful and I LOVE it! And, for those of you who have been asking, I am just over 12 weeks. I am behind on posting the “belly” (that’s not really there yet) pictures, but I have been taking the pictures every week, I just need to edit and post them! Enjoy!
Weeks 5-8
Here are the first few “baby bump” pictures of a bump that can’t quite be seen yet. My due date is July 28th, so I have plenty of time to grow! The only pregnancy symptoms that I have so far are wanting to eat CONSTANTLY and wanting to go back to sleep 30 minutes after I wake up. If those are all I have to deal with, I am very thankful. Steve and I are very excited to be on this journey and I will be updating the blog with pictures weekly! Thank you for all the prayers already!
